Shipping Policy (UK Only)

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout, however most UK orders arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Please note delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control (such as carrier delays or peak periods).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery address and selected delivery method.

Tracking

Where available, a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may require a new shipping fee to resend the order.

Delays, Missing or Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the courier.

Once a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the item
Photos of the outer packaging

We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you change your mind, you may request a return in line with the policy below.

Returns Window

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received
Returned in original packaging where possible

We may not be able to accept returns for items that show signs of use, damage, or are not returned in a resaleable condition.

Return Shipping

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs where applicable.
